Submit Your Original Research to ICIMI 2027

ICIMI 2027 invites authors to submit original, unpublished research papers demonstrating theoretical advancements, practical algorithms, hardware prototypes, and real-world deployments in industrial AI, IoT, robotics, and cyber-physical systems.

Accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE for inclusion in the IEEE Conference Publications Program and IEEE Xplore.

Important Reminder: All submitted manuscripts will undergo single-blind peer review by at least two independent expert reviewers and will be screened using IEEE Turnitin / iThenticate for originality and ethical compliance.

Paper Format & Requirements

  • Originality: Manuscripts must be original and not previously published or under review elsewhere.
  • Template: Papers must be formatted using the standard IEEE two-column conference format (A4 / US Letter).
  • Page Length: Regular papers: up to 6 pages including figures, tables, and references.
  • Review Process: Single-blind peer review by at least two independent expert reviewers.
  • Plagiarism Check: All manuscripts will be screened using IEEE Turnitin / iThenticate.

Publication & Presentation Rule:

Accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE for inclusion in the IEEE Conference Publications Program and IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements.

Mandatory Requirement: At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference at the author rate and present the paper during the scheduled conference session.
